Recruiting a translator

Sadly most of our translators have deserted us over the past seasons and/or taking breaks from translating, so it’s time to find more translators.

I am looking to recruit a Japanese -> English translator to help me finish some backlog projects, and possibly translate a show for next season.

Experience in fansubbing not required, but proficiency in Japanese is.

Episode 3 and 7 were v2’ed to correct 2 typo’s that were spotted. They can be patched, whenever a patch is made!

TL notes and extras are included in this batch. 1080p NCOPs are in the 720p batch.

This release will supercede the h264/XviD release that I did last year.

As promised a long time ago, I would encode Air in Hi10P. Here it is! I have already encoded every episode, so it’s a matter of pumping them out now.

What’s new in this re-release

  • HD encoded in Hi10P, superceding our old HD h264 release.
  • SD encoded in h264, superceding our old SD XviD release.
  • Filesize is generally smaller than the older release.
  • Typesetting improvements.
  • Slight changes to karaoke styles.

If you haven’t watched it before, now would be a good time to start. Air has one of the most powerful storylines I have ever seen. Be warned: you will cry at the end.
