It think this was already asked, but can’t find it, and better to keep the questions in the batch post, I think.. so.. How does this compare to uguu~ encodes? Even despite of Hi10p, the filesizes are almost twice as large.. is it just because of FLAC?
5.1 FLAC audio is 282 MB in itself.
That’s one thing I hate about FLAC…huge file size! Unfortunate for me, I like to watch with 2.1 speakers and high quality AAC is good enough for me :/

For fans of Air, I cropped some of the images from the blu-ray bonus gallery and uploaded them to Konachan.net several months ago. I only uploaded about half of them but will upload the rest later this weekend.
Also, I noticed that this version by Doki uses certain British spellings that were edited from the original Koi subtitles. I’ve restored the original versions and can upload those somewhere if anyone wants to manually re-mux them in. Just let me know. Thanks.
Does it really matter about British spellings being used? I’m British myself, and don’t mind which is used for subtitles, it’s not distracting and doesn’t take away from the experience.
It’s likely British english was used because Holo and several of the staff are British too 🙂
You might not find it distracting, but I do. When I see the word “Mummmy” I think of an undead bandaged zombie trying to attack me, not a mother. If anyone else finds it distracting, I can upload the fixed subs.
When I see “Mommy”, I also find it distracting, lol.
Ah right, when I see the word mummy, I think of mother, as do most people in countries that don’t use American English. But that’s just me 🙂
In my country we use BOTH British and American English, and learn BOTH in school, so we don’t really care! Hah! Superior! 😛 That said though, in this particular example, I also think of a bandaged zombie when I read “Mummy” rather than “Mommy” if the word was on its own, but it’s not like there’s any problem like that when you’re watching the show and have a context. 😉
Well said, although the word ‘Mom’ isn’t used in many countries outside of the United States, I know in much of Europe and Australia and other countries its Mum, so Mummy in that regard is understandable.
Mommy sounds odd to me as someone who doesn’t use American english, but not enough to complain or comment anywhere regarding it lol
You see a lot of people joking around with their mothers day cards and comments to their mothers by putting ‘Mummy Dearest’ for a laugh.
Any specifications about the subs used? ARe these your translations? Or as i read in a comment in MAL… Koi’s subs?

Episode 13 is the recap episode. It was not released on BD/R2 DVD, so we just used an R1 DVD raw.

Hey, I just finished downloading 480p and utorrent is telling me that the torrent may contain harmful files? I find it hard to believe that there would be anything harmful, but could anyone please tell me why I would be getting this message? My very uneducated guess is that it has to do with the Air-Extras file. Help would be very much appreciated.
