So, the boxset for this has just gone up for preorder and it only has the two eps.
Looks like there will be no more eps, so we are batching this up–should that change we will pick them back up.

It probably didn’t sell enough to make a continuation of the OVA worth, hence the abrupt ending. It does follow the manga (don’t know if exactly), which is still ongoing if I’m right.
Are Kanna’s friends in this?
Can you imagine how much airable content would remain after censoring? Or would the remaining content be interesting at all? Those OVAs are pretty much hentai with a story and without that pixel-censoring.
It wouldnt get a anime even as a late night anime.
I’m going to search for the manga, since i dont expect to see any more animated koe de oshigoto episodes.

Bwwww this show was pretty lolzy and fun to watch…such a shame.
The manga story is much more. Kanna’s friend joined the voice work, the boy’s cousin wants to compete with Kanna etc.

Probably ran afoul of the rules in Tokyo regarding teens in sexual situations. They couldn’t show it in Tokyo, so most of their market was eliminated right from the beginning.

When I watched this show a few months ago, ‘dirty’ graphics were made semi-transparent and ‘dirty’ words blanked out.

“Censored” is pretty iffy on this one. Even though the phalluses were semi-transparent, you still had quite a bit of detail on those fellatio scenes. The only thing the semi-transparency hid was the actual color.
