Yes, but didn’t they like edit it to be even more uncensored than it really is? It might be seen as an improvement I guess, but I don’t like non-canon stuff.

I can agree. It’s worth a peek to satisfy your curiosity, but go with an unmodified release with their subs to archive. Unless you like defiled anime… Then more power to ya.

S1 BDs are total trash, they messed them up big time.

The people who did the uncensored version kind of missed the point. Even though the whole series has loli overtones, (even her crotch got it’s own opening sequence!), that episode was meant to be bawdy, not pornographic.

I went with Coalgirls, but DAMN are their encodes bloated. That’s my only complaint, the typesetting and timing are fine. Just big files…
Coalgirls encodes are ALWAYS massively bloated…Their encoder sucks…Whatever, I think I’ll just listen to Ixlone and go with the DVD encodes by Strike-Subs this time around.
Yup, I saw that with Persona 4, Dokis episodes were much smaller and better than Coalgirls.
I still think their encode of the Kara no Kyoukai movies (which unfortunately I still have, since they were the only group to do the Blurays of the movies with Takajun’s subs rather than the inferior official ones, which friggin’ localization-loving group gg seemed fit to use…) is the best example: Movie 5 alone is 25GB. (¬_¬) What’s more weird at this point though is how their encoder apparently never learns, or possibly even realizes they’re doing it wrong…
Tenshi is well known for trolling encodes :p
Shame though, with Virgin Media you’d only be able to download Coalgirls stuff at night because their stuff is so huge.

About the ED for ep. 01-11, the english subs are one line off/behind the kanji and romanji, starting at 23:33.
Just watching episode 2 of the 720 version. At 8:38 the line reads
“I’ll wouldn’t know about that.”, should probably be;
“I wouldn’t know about that”
Also at the 12:00 mark Francesca calls Charlotte “Shirley”. Maybe this should be Charley/Charlee, (assuming it’s an abbreviation or pet name?) No biggie, just an observation.
