Bah, they’ve had so many eops throughout the series and more than enough time. Some series just aren’t organized and wind up with a thin plot that stretches the series, with a lot of filler in between, and then there’s the ‘ol anime standard of dragging things out and rushing the ending into the last half of the final ep.
At least it’s sort of going somewhere with the girls. I doubt this will actually be the final series though, there will probably be some OVA or another series in a few years when someone feels like it.
Rushed as it is, at least Familiar of Zero got far more in the way of a conclusion than most light novel adaptations get. So I’m at least thankful for that.
