The last line in the episode preview is translated wrong and can leave people scratching their heads as to what it means. “Hana” can mean flower, but it can also mean nose. So “hana no ana” in this context is not meant to mean hole in the flower… it is meant to mean hole in the nose (or nostril). Although the anime could have intended an ecchi double meaning, but I don’t think so.

I assumed that “flower” was referring to the female genitalia, so i did not question the translator’s choice of wording.
