From the way I’ve seen I think Natsuko realized it way before Haruko did, she’s just in denial.
…I was honestly expecting this to be taken as an obvious troll, so I’m not sure how to respond to the fact that it was so matter-of-factly accepted as truth.
Making its actual reverse double-troll nature more difficult to reveal.
