If are you reading the manga, then you know, that there does not enough material for a third season. So nope, not comming soon. Maybe a few OVAs, but not a whole season.
I am reading it and there is almost enough for 3rd season. Yami darkness ended second season at chapter 46 . This OVA is a part of the main story line (chapter 49/50) and not Bangaihen chapters. It can pass as a stand alone I guess but to choose it over the delicious Bangaihen 46.5 chapter with Mikan still is good. Maybe it’ll be the 3rd OVA.
