No, there won’t be a 720p.
It’s a SD release only because the OVAs are packaged as DVDs. There is no high definition source (Blu Rays) to pull a 720p file from.

The timeline of the anime and manga are different. In the anime it does, but in the manga it doesn’t.
Not like it really makes a huge difference anyway when the content is of this nature
Though you should at least have seen enough of Darkness 2nd to be familiar with Nemesis first of course

I never got around to reading the manga yet, but does anyone know if they ever touched upon the topic of, if Rito marries Lala, wouldn’t that make Mikan a princess? And the Deviluke sisters would gain another sister. I feel like there’s so much untapped potential for content there that they never mentioned in the anime.
The anime with the exception of these OVAs follows the manga timeline that should answer your question.
These OVAs are usually from the Bangaihen of the manga (14.5, 15.5 etc) that is extra ero thus being in OVA format.
Actually I’m asking if they ever touched that topic I mentioned in the manga…I haven’t read the manga yet as it’s not easy to track them down in my area.
As I wrote, the anime is following the manga. The only close thing has been Momo talking about it with Rito marrying Lala to make the harem possible and everything else that’s been discussed in the anime. Nothing about Mikan being a princess or the twins gaining a sister.
Cool thanks…that’s all I wanted to know since I’m sure the manga is further than the anime in regards to story, was just curious if they touched on that yet since I’ve only seen what the anime released that’s all. Hope they do later down the road as it seems like a good source for material to work off of.
Well on that it’s probably best to read the manga yourself to get that answer after the darkness arc as I don’t want to spoil it but it’s got a good arc going for it at the moment that is funny.
There are plenty more laughs (and tits, of course) in the manga after the point TLRD 2nd anime ended. I was rolling laughing at a recent development (I won’t spoil)
Also the first part of this OVA was a special chapter, but the second was actually part of the main story.

There is no such thing as “To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd – OVA”. It’s just another episode of previous OVA series that was bundled with manga. So this is episode 7 of “To LOVE-Ru Darkness – OVA”.
