it is just me or not, at episode 16 1080p at minute 18.12 video freeze, but a voice is still move?

i have installed CCCP, but still video freeze at 18.12 and voice is still on, but another file is fine, just this file that freeze at that time
is the file fully downloaded? maybe corrupted? redownload?

I think the encoding of this particular series should be redone, there seems to be bad cropping jobs towards the beginning of the series.

Doki version is missing the bad edge on top and left side from what I can see.
Bad edge? I’m just confused as to why it’s missing information at all. All I see is too much overscan.
If you can’t tell what the actual issuse is, you really shouldn’t be posting crap about “bad cropping”.
No reason to be upset, sorry if I came off as accusatory. You guy’s obviously know a lot about encoding, the quality is always fantastic. If you don’t want to explain, that’s fine, just pointing out something I thought to be a problem. Thanks.
Less upset, more bored with people posting the same thing every other release.
We always clean up the edges of the encodes by cropping out the bad edges and stuff that has no place being in the actual release.
Then some random comes along that compares to source and assumes that because a few pixels are cropped they are missing out on something fucking amazing at the edge of the screen. I can only assume they either are blind, or just know nothing.

I literally can’t see any of the things neither you nor ix are talking about even when staring and squinting at the images for a prolonged time. ┐(￣ー￣)┌ Ignorant bliss I guess? (‘^_^ )
If you compare them back and forth quickly, you can see that the outer edges of Doki’s are obscured. The entire picture from the source is not being represented. But I agree that ignorance is bliss ;P
Why does the Doki screenshot have an Anime Sharing watermark on it?
In the “Others” screenshot, you can easily see a 2 pixel high dark line of edgeblur, most noticeable on the top left, and might be more noticeable in other scenes. What you think is “information” is just left over artifacts from the upscaling and mastering process done by the BD authoring studio.
Also, overscanning only applies to old analog inputs (VGA) and older CRT screens. Digital input on modern digital screens (LCD, LED) does not have overscan.
Probably because some idiot who doesn’t know better posted that screenshot on their site in some comparison example trying to find fault with our encode.
And then people believe it and keep posting that crap in other places without actually knowing what they are talking about.

I didn’t feel like dl’ing Doki’s episodes yet, so I grabbed a comparison pic from their source already posted on an anime indexing website.
I only used ‘overscan’ as a term to explain what I was noticing. I still do not see what you’re referring to, I most likely lack to tools to do so, but thanks for explaining the reason for Doki’s decision.
