This is probably meant to impy that while Yuki’s not intersted in other women (all of them), Kyouko’s not interested in any other women (besides Yuki.) My issue is you left the word “other” out of Yuki’s speech bubble, and included “also” in Kyouko’s. As it stands, Yuki is saying that she’s not into women, and Kyouko’s agreeing that she’s also not into women. It’s a wildly absurd contradiction.
Then again…the idea of this whole chapter is pretty absurd: a narcissist falling in love with someone besides herself. It’s possible I’m the one making a mistake and misunderstanding things…either way, I can’t get enough of this series.
The basis of pretty much the entire chapter (and pretty much all the chapters so far) is that there is a large disconnect between what two characters are saying. That is true of this particular line, as well.
Yuki is saying she’s not interested in women. Kyoko responds that she’s not, either: she is only interested in Yuki. The fact that Yuki is a woman is irrelevant, because that’s not what drew Kyoko to her. Kyoko isn’t interested in Yuki because she likes women, she’s interested in Yuki because she likes Yuki.
Basically akin to saying “I’m not gay, but I’d suck _____’s dick.” except much more subtle.
Thanks a lot for the new chapter!! 🙂
Spotted a weird grammatical issue on page 5 panel 3.

Yuki: “I’ve got no interest in women!”
Kyouko: “I also have no interest in other women!”

Pretty sure she considers Yuki as a price, not a woman.

Thanks. Page 5, bottom right panel. The “it’s” in “it’s sparkling is really bright” should be “its”.
Fixed.
Thank you for the chapter.
That’s some confidence there…
