Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata - 11&12

With these final two episodes, we’re finished with Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata.

I don’t remember when I’d have enjoyed watching or working on a show as much as on Saekano. For me, it has just the right mixture of happy, funny and sad; drama and comedy; realism and romanticism. I think the production crew has been working hard to make the show amazing, and I think they managed to pull that off. Of course, we shouldn’t forget Maruto Fumiaki-sensei for his great writing in the original LN and Misaki Kurehito-sensei for his character designs.

I’d like to thank my whole awesome team for Saekano: xMythycle for his timing and general enthusiasm for the show, even if he thinks Utaha is the best girl; Ojii for his editing and fixing the moments when I can no good into the English; Jocko for his superhuman typesetting and pink KFX; Lucidity for his QC and catching the worst typos; Pikminiman for encoding, as without him we would have nothing to work with; and Orillion for releasing the show, because nobody would see it otherwise (and TheThing for filling in for him for ~~the last couple of episodes~~ episode 10).

I would also like to thank our viewers. You’re awesome. Thank you. I hope you found our subs for the show passable.

This was going to be a paragraph about how I’m going to take a season’s break from translating airing shows, but because I changed by mind, I’ll instead just say that I’m doing Re-Kan next season. So see you soon!

Lucidity: I enjoyed working on Saenai quite a lot, mainly because everybody was so fast finishing up their designated task and wanting to push the next episode out as quick as possible… and then it lands at me and I keep stalling ;_;. It was a real blast working with altazure, Ojii, Grand Master time shifter Jocko, bro of bro’s xMyth, Pikman aka Pikminiman who filled in when I was busy getting my shit together IRL and Orillion, who likes .ass just as much as I do. Enjoy~

and about the subs; why do you guys use “Morals-kun”? it would be better if its “Moral-kun” or “Ethical-kun”, right? but thats just my opinion

IMO, it should be morals or ethics because it’s more than one and “rinri” is a noun whereas “ethical” is an adjective. Direct translation of “rinri” would be morals or ethics.
