Umm… Need some advice. So, lately whenever I try downloading torrent files from any fansub group instead of getting the anime torrent, I somehow end up with a Windows seven installer form Isohunt. Any ideas as to this happens? It’s starting to bug the hck out of me. TT_TT
PS. Due to this I am forced to use Haruhichan as a “mediating” source.

Which torrenting programm are you using? Maybe you should try to switch to another one.
Yeee, that very much sounds like a spyware/adware program causing problems to me. Download CCleaner and Spybot Search and Destroy or other similar programs, and scan your PC for infections, and remove them. An antivirus scan might not work, since it may not be a worm or a virus that is causing the problem. Either that, or like Random Guy said, you’re using a bad torrent program (which in itself could be using adware).
