Is using RAWS from other groups really out of the question?
If you DL one with high enough quality and do re-encoding on the video instead of plain converting, you might have a temporary solution.
Um, i just stumbled a website releasing raws and they managed to release the complete BD volumes of kyoukai no kanata. Here’s the link:

Maybe you should rely on raws if possible. It reduces cost too, just saying ^^.
