is the torrent batch already patched? or do we still have to patch it

well sorry if i’m not experienced, but to me it seems that can mean the torrent batch is “patchable” meaning it hasn’t been patched already or it can mean that they’ve already been changed.

The batch is already patched. In cases where there are files in a batch that are not already patched, and so require you to manually patch them, it will say so next to the file in question in the changelog (like “Not in batch” for example). In some cases there are fixed files in a batch, but no patches available for the original versions of those files that can fix them, so you’ll have to download the batch to get the fixed files. In those cases it will say “Not patchable” in the changelog.

nee doki, I have downloaded all bd released include ova,and thanks a lot for everything you did and I just need only a patch, when I checked there’s no patch for ova 2, but in the batch above ova 2 already changed into v2,so where can I find another patch for ova2??

I’m kinda new to the patch things but can anyone explain to me what it is and do i need to do it?
If you downloaded the TV releases as they came out, you can use the patches to make the same fixes we have made to the final BD scripts. However, if you download this batch release, you don’t need to worry about that.

Last I heard S1 still didn’t get BDs or any plan for future release on BDs. Since S1 was not very good I don’t think we’d release it unless it’s released on BDs with good quality.
s1 did get BDs and I will be doing them sometime in the future.

Would love Miyakawa-ke no Kuufuku, it recently finished its run, at 10 episodes, 4-5 minutes each episode. Heard it was being released on DVD or something later this year..
Never got a chance to watch because apparently the video quality was bad, because apparently this never aired on Japanese tv and was a streaming series. Was disappointed it wasn’t a proper series but eh..

Doki, why do you always make us so happy?
Isn’t it rather inconvenient the way you arranged the patch files for each episode patch in its own folder?
You have to put each episode into its patch folder to patch it and then you have to move each episode out of the folder to regroup the episodes (unless you archive anime by having each episode in its own episode folder for some reason, even then the patch files still remain in the folders).
Or you could just move the patch to the anime folder you use and click it like any normal person would.
? Wouldn’t you then have to navigate into the patch folders numbered 01, 02, 03, etc. and then copy out 4 “the patch” files from each patch folder into the anime folder? All the patch files share the same file name so then you’d have to patch each episode first before being able to move the next set of patch files for the next episode. How does that not take even longer?
Maybe I just find dragging files across into one folder simple.
TBH I don’t really care. We provide patches to make things easier for people who have BW issues. If it’s that much of a pain download the files again.
