This is one where you really should go with the 1080p if you can be bothered. The visuals are just gorgeous!
1080p it is then. 2.63GB seems small for 1080p release, anonymlol must be a wizard of encoding.

Everything apart from one sign which is just the tanka written down iirc.

Oh your right, sorry. I just found out 20 min ago that my browser was having issues loading portions of pages, so that whole section with the users and what subs were used was blank. Does this have the final lines for epilogue? I heard that it was missing or something like that.
The QCs usually take care that our releases dont have missing lines π

The retail subs were shit.
These are heavily edited and pretty much rewritten.
I didn’t notice any missing dialogue when I edited, but I added more signs.

We usually translate from scratch but for movies, it’s usually easier to fix the official subs.
Even if we both used the official sub as base, that doesn’t mean the result is the same.

The pairing of the two main leads are the exact same as Bungaku Shoujo.
Just watched it. I liked it a lot. ^^ Very soothing. And as expected of a Makoto Shinkai movie, the visuals are simply amazing! I actually liked this one even better than 5 Centimeters per Second (my favourite Shinkai movie so far before this one came along, although I like Hoshi o Ou Kodomo a lot too), mostly because I liked the ending better. Also, Kana Hanazawa! <3

my computer cant handle the 1080p vlc lags and the colors are off π any ideas on how to fix it …………………
Don’t use VLC! Install the Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) and use the included player to play your animu!
That should solve most of your problems π
For 1080p playback your PC has to have at least a dualcore CPU. Otherwise you have to stick with lower resolutions…
A good old P4 3+Ghz should be enough though. As long as it’s not an atom or an AMD any dual core should work.
