I’ve been thinking, why is it that Kore wa Zombie Desu ka got away with showing Haruna’s nipples but TLR can’t show Mikan’s? I mean, TLR has boobies in every episode but IIRC Haruna’s are the only ones in Zombie. Is it because Haruna doesn’t have a specific age attached to her? Who would’ve ever thought character detail would come back to torment us like that?

I don’t ever remember seeing Haruna’s nipples? But Haruna’s from some other world (Virie) and yea they never give her a specific age.
Probably because of the age-restricting laws in Japan.
If a character’s age is unknown it can be assumed they’re 18 or older, whereas Mikan is given a specific age, so there’s no doubt she’s underaged.
At first, I thought you meant TLR’s Haruna had a cameo in Kore wa Zombie Desu ka, sort of like the Mayoi Neko Overrun cameos.
