Exactly what Index said. Blu Ray is almost always better.
If something is too violent it may get censored for its TV release, but not on its home video one. If somethings too rude, or something having questionable scenes or themes that may not make it to TV they will put on DVD/Blu Ray. In most cases they fix any animation defects too 🙂

It’s British versus American English. Both forms are correct, it’s just the first form is used everywhere outside of the US, while the second form is used in the US. Canada uses BOTH forms btw, which is kind of interesting. Anyway, Doki always uses British English, not American. : )
