Thanks for the share. Have not played this game, but decided to download it anyway. A bit surprised when I hear the first track : opening. The melody is exactly plagiarized from a traditional song from Indonesia. Key is usually creative and quite original with their artwork and music…
There are many variations across the world, including the Indonesia version. Though I don’t know where this song originally comes from….
Ah, I just did a quick research myself. Some sources pointed me to Charles Crozat Converse as the original source. Not sure whether this information is correct or not.
I don’t really know about the truth. But one thing, the Indonesian song was a remake, too 😉

ah, as I have stated earlier in one other post too, after doing some research myself, I already found some referrals about the origins of the melody
so, apparently there are various versions of this melody across the world
The lyrics of the song vary widely across the world but most relevantly, a popular set of Japanese lyrics are about stars which fits with the theme of this work.
In the same way as this, The Song of the Rotating Spheres is a Japanese folk song by Kenji Miyazawa.
Both of these songs are credited fairly in the game and booklet.
