Is your MPC a new build with 10bit support? Or have you had it for a long time and not updated it?
The fact that only you are having the issue seems like it will be an issue on your end. I’d recommend uninstalling klite or CCCP, which ever you use and doing a fresh install and see if that sorts it.
my MPC can play 10bit, i have arcana fagmilia eps 1-3 10bit and dont have problem with that (also another 10bit animes). i not using klite or cccp, just using ffdshow and mpc hc.

Unistall ur old mpc-hc, install CCCP + xy-VSFilter and switch to LAV filter instead ffdshow.
Tell us more if u still have this problem
