It’s impossible.
.avi died many moons ago. I suggest converting it to .avi yourself if that’s what you want.
Indeed, I noticed when downloading normal TV shows its mostly MP4, or MKV for everything, no idea about these things but AVI is rare now to see lol

AVI, MP4 and MKV are all containers only. What really matters is the codec being used, which is h.264.

Speaking about delayed stuff, why kore wa zombie desu ka is so long to be released? Not enough staff?
Delays happen, I suggest sitting tight and waiting a little longer, it has only been about 3 weeks since the last release, it hasn’t been forever.
In the meantime, enjoy the stuff currently being released 🙂
