Episode 1, ordered chapter is off. Normally, a chapter stops after the opening song, but episode one went a little past that. Might not be a problem depending on how you do the BDs, but just making sure you guys are aware of it.
Ah, then perhaps I’m using the wrong term. When I use mpc to play anime, by hitting the skip forward button, the video would usually move to the beginning of the OP, the end of the OP, the middle of the anime, the beginning of the ED, etc.
In episode one, if I hit the skip forward button, it would stop at the beginning of the OP, if I hit it again, it didn’t stop at the end of the OP, but a little past that so I would miss part of the beginning if I hit it. Or maybe its just my copy that’s off and corrupted…Sorry if it sounds nitpicky but I tend to skip the OP and ED if I’m watching an entire series at once.

There are 3 OVA’s for Sankarea: Episode 00, one being released on Nov. 9th, and a Special only released with the final BD volume, which is on Nov. 30th.
It’s very small but still technically an error, given the scene and the context; In episode 11 @ around 16:40 Danichirou says “Rea…” “…You really wont regret this?” Rea responds “No” in the subs, but she says Hai(Yes)
Technically “No” implies she will regret it, while “Yes” implies she won’t regret the choice.

Um, as far as I know, Doki doesn’t use ordered chapters, unless it’s part of a joint with another group, like Chihiro. :-/

That would be because the OP and ED were done purely from the audio of the show, mistakes can happen.
I’m sure having a scan of the lyrics makes it easy to find errors, right?
So yeah, you’re not really telling us anything we don’t already know.
