I have done extensive research on the subject to find out for sure what it means, since everyone seems to disagree, and looked it up at Wikipedia, Urban Dictionary, AniDB, and several other places, and it’s clear, a “Loli” refers to either: 1. “underage girls (whether prepubescent, pubescent, or post-pubescent)”, or 2. “small, cute characters who look like children”. Let everyone who reads this take note of this once and for all. I’m kind of tired of people arguing about the use of the term.
