Hate it or love it, deny it as much as you want, but BLOOD-C is one of the best shows this season, at least for us psychos and freaks who got taste. The others being NO.6 and Mawaru-Penguindrum.
If you watch the finale, then you might finally understand what the fuck is going on. Why shit was so slow paced and everything else at first. Do watch it. Allow BLOOD-C to fuck your mind for one last time.

Blood-C Volume 1 Blu Ray came out in Japan Sept 28th 2011, its the first 2 eps on the disc.
Following on from Me (the user), they’re being release in 6 volumes with two episodes each. They will be released every month until February (I think at the end of the month)

So it’s finally the “end” and what you kinda-sorta thought was the main plot in the beginning turned out to be a lie. And that lie was replaced by… an even bigger lie? Haha I wish. That would actually have made things kinda-sorta more interesting, probably. But no. Yet get absolutely nothing but more of the exact same troll-crap that’s been spoon fed to us the past 11 episodes. I could have watched episode 1 and then skip episodes 2-10 and miss absolutely nothing. NOTHING!!! Except perhaps snippets of the show’s one and only saving grace; the death scenes. The glorious, GLORIOUS-ly censored death scenes-wait-wut?!? More faggotry going on, that’s what. At least all the stupid people died, well, pretty much everyone died, because they’re stupid. Why run when they could’ve just huddled around GayFagLord Mastermind? Everyone knows that GayFagLord Masterminds have plot-armor that can only be penetrated by the main protagonist. But I don’t care since I imagine their deaths were exceptionally delicious. I say “imagine” cuz I didn’t actually see anything. At all the crucial moments I was suddenly blinded by a ray of light or my vision suddenly became blurry. I honestly don’t know why.

I enjoyed the show, but I agree that it should have picked up the pace sooner, and maybe just go for a 24/26 episodes. Instead we have to wait for a year for the movie to come out to actually advance the story.

they never said anything about regenerative powers, only fast healing wounds(=not same). Even if she regenerated, why did she put on the eye patch? W/e lols i did get a good laugh out of it. Good that it got better near end. Hope the movie will be better.
I highly doubt it needs to be spelled out to the audience that she has regenerative powers. Fast healing wounds were the dead giveaway.
Besides, it can be assumed that it would take time for her to recover from such a large injury and despite the couple of days that passed (seen from the alternating sun and moon), she still needed more time to heal. Not to mention, in the trailer for the movie at the end, you see her eye has completely regenerated.

I’ve downloaded every episode except this one from Doki, but I might as well finish off the “collection.”
This series was ridiculous compared to Blood+ but eh, the series was a waste except for this one last episode which was epic.
As for the final text posted above^, the version I got was quite fancy.

As for the text, the movie better not be as long as this series felt. Imo though, Clamp just didn’t do the franchise justice.

Technically speaking, this series is not supposed to emulate Blood plus, nor did it intend to. Aside from the similar name and franchise, it’s a completely separate entity.
From the interview conducted with the director and screenwriter, it was supposed to be closer in feel to the original Blood: The Last Vampire film, which I do agree with.
Great stuff, reminded me of greatness of Higurashi no Koro Ni when it was at it’s mind-warping awesomest point.
Please do not compare the pathetic blood bath that made no sense other than to show that the staff has some strange fantasies with Higurashi. Every death in Higurashi had more reason than this random gore fest. Sad day. Adding a lot of gore, especially with the way the bunny things ate at the end (meat on a stick, kabob, blender), just saturates the whole thing. Blood+ and Higurashi had better “death management”. Yes “death management” is actually something writers think about and whoever wrote this just broke about half the rules just because he likes death which adds nothing.
Second, they killed Nene and Nono TWICE! I don’t care if they are psychopaths, I liked them! Twice! Na! Unfortunately I am cursed with going through an entire story or it bugs my mind to no end. (I have no choice in the matter 🙁 ). Damned prologue was too long for little gain. They now go to spread more death in Tokyo.
Just out of curiosity, did the people really think big bad would leave them alive after the project? I mean, really? No one would agree just because his goals are so obvious and the way this turns out are always so obvious. The less who know, the better. I would have killed big bad myself if he even asked knowing that even revealing said plan would spell my own doom if I didn’t act first. Bad plot is very bad…rant over. Fear my rants!!! For they are great indeed! Go for the eyes Boo! Go for the EYES!!!

At the end of the day, only the TL matters. Without the TL there wouldn’t be a show. You wouldn’t be editing/qcing, PL wouldn’t have a project, and so on. We are just extras to make the subs prettier. And who cares? The majority doesn’t. This has been proven more than once.
1) It was on the pad well before episode 12 was finished. I know because I typed it while I was QCing episode 12.
2) It’s not a matter of fame, you idiot. It’s called CREDIT. People put effort and time into doing something. The very least you can do is credit them.
3) Do you know why you put “「BLOOD-C Team」” in your release post? Because a team produces these shows not “only a TL”. If only a TL worked on shows, how would people be watching anime? Side-by-side with a .txt document? No, therefore no matter how important a TL may be, you most certainly cannot say that only a TL matters. Because honestly, there’s much MUCH more that matters.
