4. Timer/Typesetter decided to stall too and play The Legend of Heroes: TitS instead, since QC was going to stall anyway

Actually, I bet they’ll still ask. Or they’ll cry and moan and demand them to release it already, even when they’re saying they can’t yet. People sometimes, or often rather, seem to forget this isn’t a paid job. This is just a hobby for them, something to do on the side of their real-life obligations.
Paid job or no, we don’t foot in anything. They have no obligations to us whatsoever, specially to those of us who don’t donate XD. Not that I have not whined occasionally :P. I guess I should learn even more patience.

Holo et. al: There seem to have been a number of folk that have gone missing like translators either at the beginning or in the middle of a series in recent months, like Iroha and here. And the same has happened more than in past years at other fansub sites.
Remember the Fractale stoppage last year, and the weird agreement the producers exacted from Funimation to do everything possible to end all fan-subbing? What if that meant a commitment to a dirty tricks campaign to dishearten fan-subbers, including fake volunteers that disappear and fake troll harassment? And maybe denial of service attacks on websites also?
“Cursed series” Iroha may have been targeted, not cursed.
There’s been a lot going on around fan-subbing that this would explain. But even if true there’s not much to do except what you normally do. However, it might make subbers feel better to think about how some bad things might be the fault of bad companies, rather than bad fans, odd coincidences, or “curses”.

This isn’t directly related to this episode, but since it was this release I found it on, I figured I’d report it here.
mplayer2, which Doki recommended Linux users obtain to gain 10-bit audio support, seems to fail to recognize attached OpenType fonts. The result is that the main dialogue text, which is rendered in the attached Montara Gothic.otf, does not render as it should unless it is installed on the local system. I’d suggest trying to find a TrueType variant to use.

Also wanted to point out a very small mistake as well. The part where Hina says “Koala hug” should be “Koala attack” (at least when I’m listening to the audio, that’s what it sounds like; Koala attacku <—- that's what I hear).
