FLAC in general is overkill IMO. I can’t tell a difference between 320AAC and FLAC (besides file size of course).
thats cuz your audio system sucks, for example in my Only my Railgun OP Single flac you can hear the bell like sound from 0:07 seconds and in MP3 you cant at all.
And that bell sound makes ALL the difference…
or perhaps the one who rip it to mp3 = suck

The beauty of it is that you can re-encode it to AAC (I always do, using: mkvtoolnix/mkvmergeGUI, MKVExtractGUI-2, foobar2000, Nero AAC encoder. I also remove English audio from dual audio releases, since I will never use it).

Releasing the BD ver. of a show as bad as Hidan no Aria implies that [Doki] is willing to release all of their shows in BD upon availability.
OT: I really wish someone would release ARIA in BD though. One of the most amazing things and an all time masterpiece. :[

What a ripoff, only in Japan would someone buy an anime Blu Ray with one 24 minute episode.
Well the 2nd disc I believe has 2 eps on it. So maybe JC learned their lesson with diminished sales through disc 1. LOL. I liked the show even if they rushed the story from the light novels. I agree with “Dami” about being impatient to see the newer novels. But since they only accomplished 3 novels in one season, the furthest we’ll see (if there’s a 2nd season) is up to volume 6 with Reki owning Kinji’s butt. LOL
But I have a question for the Doki staff. Can the subs you made for the TV releases be used directly with the BD rips or do they need reprocessed for timing? I was just wondering because I down’d BD eps 2&3 from somewhere else until your release is available, but I hate the low quality subs they used. I could just use them externally but was wondering if they match so I could just mux it to watch on my PS3 for the time being.
We we work our subs for the BD.
