Am I correct in reasoning that All of volume 1 and 2 are upscales, and only ep 08 of volume 2 was actually mastered in 720p? I personally dont want to archive upscales, even if it is nice to have uniformity and would be easier to seed.
Haruhi S1 is upscales if iam not wrong…
but not with S2…

Episode 10, 21:28 – the picture gets all pixelated. It also happened at 4:58 once but it doesn’t seem to be happening now. However, 21:28 is pixelated all the time. 720p, CCCP, Media Player Classic.
hmmm, i didnt have an issue at either spot and im watching 720p with CCCP on MPC-HC as well, so it might be something else on your end.
Another one in episode 11, at 06:38. I can’t see why it’d be a problem at my end, none of the other episodes or any other anime episodes I’ve got have this problem. Meh, I’ll try redownloading them through IRC.

Hmmm. My post with links is awaiting moderation. Run mpc, options->internal filters and uncheck H264/AVC (DXVA) if it’s checked.
It was unchecked. Can anyone else confirm whether they get any errors in the video? I’ll re-download the episodes through IRC tomorrow, to see if the files I downloaded are corrupt for some reason.
