Thank-You – I have a couple questions.
1. When I play back the mkv – there is no sound – is there a way to correct this?
2. I tried to covert this to mp4 but the subtitles did not convert but there was sound. Do you have a separate subtitle file I can add to my conversion tool?

Use Klite or CCCP to play it. Sound is working fine in Klite for me.
We don’t provide subtitles. You can extract them yourself from the file though with mkvtoolnix and the mkvextractgui2 mod.
