Honestly, the series was so so. It really felt like they could have done a lot more with the problem of otaku stigma. I could have been a new banner for otaku to rally under that we could use to our defense. Sadly, it wasn’t to be.
Here’s to hoping the true final episode gives us something more.

This episode actually follows the story in the light novels. The Good End episode 12 deviated from the actual storyline. I have read the summaries of all the light novels currently out, so I can already see the point in the story the 4 remaining episodes will go up to.

There will be 4 more episodes beyond #12 (OVA 1, 2, 3, and 4), and there should only be one alternate ending… if memory serves. So if that’s the case, then there are still 3 more episodes to complete this arc’s true ending.
If I’m wrong, please someone correct me. The last I read about the extra 4 episodes was it led to only a single ending. If it changed to 4 alternate endings, that means I might still get a Manami ending.

like penko said, this “true end arc” will contain 4 episode, ep 12,13,14,15 which will be aired via web stream ( i forgot which web that aired this). . . and will released on blu ray volume 7 and 8, that will come in june and july.

Thanks hudang. And to clarify a bit more, it’s technically episodes 12.5, 13, 14, and 15 (I counted these as OVA 1, 2, 3, and 4 from the Blu-rays).
My theory is that the true ending MUST have Manami, as she’s been chasing him forever (and would fit into the typical childhood best friends turn lovers story). However, one of the game endings has the following:

I havent played the game but i know about the light novel, the true end is the actual light novel plot and episodes 13, 14 etc are following the actual plot of the noevl as well.
