Holo, will you guys be doing the SHUFFLE! BluRays when they come out later this month? That would be like a dream come true. I love that show.
Also, I know Higurashi is already on your list if it ever comes out, but I was wondering, if they ever release BluRay’s of Death Note (which they really should), is it possible you guys might consider doing them? Frankly, there doesn’t excist a single good fansub release of the series so far if you ask me. They all have either poor subs, or crappy video quality (I don’t mind SD, but some quality is preferable), or both, and most of them haven’t subbed the whole show, forcing me to use multiple fansub groups, which kinda sucks for archiving. :-/

Just watched through all of Bungaku Shoujo in one go. Both the Memoire OVA’s, and the “Kyou no Oyatsu – Hatsukoi” OVA, as well as the Bungaku Shoujo Movie, both of which I downloaded from Monokage. They did a great job btw. I watched the movie last, since it’s a sequal to the rest of the franchise. I have to say, I find myself quite intrigued by the “shoujo” artstyle/way of drawing (Bungaku Shoujo is a “shoujo” show, in case anyone didn’t know. As opposed to “shounen”), since it’s kind of different from how many shounen and seinen series, which is what I usually watch, are drawn. The only other shoujo show I’ve ever watched before this one was “Ouran High School Host Club” (which is hilarious btw. Recommended).
Now then, my oppinion goes like this: I found the first episode of Memoire, as well as the Hatsukoi OVA, to be pretty dull and boring. The second Memoire OVA was just depressing. I kinda liked the third one though; It was kind of nice, and cute. The movie is easily better than all the rest combined though. It was really good. Actually, it was the only one I thought was really good. If you liked any of Memoire even a little, you should watch it. Actually, you should watch it anyway. :p I can’t quite decide whether I should archive this show or not…I wouldn’t if it was just the OVA’s, but the movie was really good…
Ye, your right about that one. I decided yesterday that I’l keep the series. I liked the movie to much to delete it. ^^’ I made a discussion thread about the show in the forum, in case anyone’s interested.

Bungaku Shoujo!!!!! 😮
For the sake of completion, are there any plans to do Bungaku Shoujo: Kyou no Oyatsu – Hatsukoi?
That would be up to ZeroYuki. If he wants to TL it, then I will release it.

Since it says “SD (h264)”, does that mean an HD version will be released someday? Just asking out of curiosity.

^ You forgot to mention the cuteness of Bungaku Shoujo as a series, I think it’s one of the main selling points actually, apart from the plot.
