Perfect! although I already watched it 😛 but it was a perfect alternative from the series. Now I have to wait for the true Frontier movie and from all the other Macross series out there, this will go nicely with my Macross & Robotech collection, which has reached a massive 70gb’s..

Is this release based of the FINAL version of the /m/ subs script? Oh, and what about the honorifics? I know that an earlier version of the /m/ script still had them, while the final version got rid of them.
As far as I know, yes, and there are honorifics in this version.

Crazy that that whoever who was responsible for the /m/ subs omitted the honorifics for the version that is supposed to be the complete/final aka best version.
Based on the final version for sure since I had to add honorifics in and gamma had to add them further as I am sure I will miss some out due to the length of the script. And honestly, I never thought I be seeing Doki and Mecha linked together.

Can’t blame the people at /m/ for omitting the honorifics, they prefer localised to fit their understanding compare to retaining the original feeling of the anime.

Well, lost my job of free internet usage, now currently busy finding a replacement job and having some mental debate of which ISP to choose so I can continue to help out. I hate mobile modem which I am currently using for now… too unstable.
Indeed, Doki and mecha, just seeing both words in the same sentence makes me think I’ve hit my head.
How is this compare to other releases like Seto Otaku, Thora, CGI and CA? As i know Seto and CA had the best script out of anybody… And did you use Seto’s edited m subs? or just the final m subs?
We TLCed/edited/QCed the subs by ourselves.
Doki seem to be the only group other than Seto Otaku to do the k-timing too.
All respect to Pahndamonium for that, there really are 9001 songs… lots of background noise, engine sounds, stupid people talking over the top. It’s the damned hardest thing I’ve ever k-timed, usually k-timing is one of the easier things to do too ><

after watching 720p version i find some errors:
missed line at 0:17:42, squares at 0:58:13 like some font mising, and in kara there are missed space after , or ! at 0:13:00, 1:47:54, 1:48:01, 1:49:06, 1:49:22, 1:49:35, 1:49:49 and 1:49:57

Thank you so much for doing this movie. Macross was my first introduction to anime and I will never forget it. I also apprectiate you leaving the DTS audio track in rather than re-encoding it to 2 channel AAC or something. Because I stream videos to my PS3 it’s like watching the original Blu-ray disc without having to put to disc. Full 46in HD LED 3DTV makes the color very vibrant compared to watching on a 20 inch lcd monitor. And full surround sound too. You’ve made this the best experience I’ve ever gotten with Macross. Thank you so much.
hello doki, i downloaded the 720p macross file and find a problem, i tried open it with the latest klite mega codec but it shows “cannot render the file”. I tried changing codec but encountered the same problem “cannot render the file” problem.
any solution please?
Check that you have completed the download, and check the CRC to make sure your file is not corrupt.
the torrent download shows 100% complete and the size is right, but i’m still not checked the CRC. How to check the CRC? i never done that before ;x

tried the hashmyfiles and found out the CRC32 770ffda4, wait, why the CRC can be different? i’m sure i’m using torrent from here this page…… i guess no solution but to redownload it right? thank you for your help Holo…..
