And man, that recap episode was a nightmare.
Anyway, nice to see this all finished up. I will be taking a class this semester that will hopefully increase my listening comprehension abilities, so we don’t spend as much time mulling over muddled monologue and such.

Hey, uh this might sound stupid, but i’ve been wonderin’. Do u guys sub every episode in a series the same way? Are there any changes to how u guys do things, like say, change how u add in the subtitles?
It’s just that for every mkv file i download i always use a program to convert it to avi (my computer has bad playback for mkv). Every episode I download from u guys is great, but sometimes, just rarely, there becomes at most one episode from one series that just doesn’t have subs anymore after conversion. so im just trying to find out how to fix that.

Well, I can’t say the episode failed, cuz it works fine on my media player (that is not my computer). The problem only occurs after converting it to avi, causing the episode to look like a raw.
In this series, it would be the 3rd special, and I recall Ore no Imouto episode 2 having the same small problem.
I just think it’s the program that I am using, but I have yet to figure out what to change in the program to bring back the subs.
As one who’s quite new to anime… I somewhat enjoyed this series…
And since I have not seen the TV version and started to DL this BD RELEASE(W/a great Lack of SEEDS imo…) as one of my very first animu to be watched… ;D
Only that… I somewhat notice that this show shifts from 2D to somewhat 3D from time to time…
Or is it something completely different…? Since in most, if not all, scenes… The CHARS does not quite look like any typical 2D CG that I’ve seen from the past year…
Won’t someone please enlighten me on this matter… 🙂

I just downloaded this 1080p batch and there seems to be some freezing/flickering in episode 1 and 2. Any advice?
Get your torrent client to check if you completed the download. Then use hashmyfiles.exe to check the CRCs of your download. If still dont work, get Klite codec pack or CCCP.

I downloaded Episode 4 SD twice and I get the same result, it doesn’t play. I think there are some encoding probs. When I open it on MPC it says Cannot render file. Mind fixing it? Onegai? 🙂

I just updated my K-Lite to v7.1.8 yesterday but still… Tried downloading it again and still cannot render the file. Oh men… guess I’ll just have to watch it online.

Check the CRC. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/hash_my_files.html
If the CRC matches, then the file is fine and the problem is your end.
If the CRC does not match, then your file is corrupt.
On 04 I check the CRC but it came up with 24e85051.
Recheck the torrent.

Doki’s MNO Specials episodes 3, 4, and 6 each have an improper “chapter” track, which prevent the next file in a playlist sequence from starting playback on mpc-hc. You need to remove the chapter track from these three files. 🙂
