the main purpose fansubbing exist was to give a chance for non-Japan viewer to enjoy anime. Most of groups understand well this fact.
Most of cases, yeah. But don’t be surprise. CR did a good job with Steins;Gate translation and I heard from some people that they handle Nisemonogatari well enough

can somebody tell me why should i watch this? Some say that this anime is full of comedy…and one more thing, is this anime similar to yuru yuri or lucky star (just everyday things, chatting…or is there any goal like gundam seed/seed destiny)

Sounds more like Lucky Star to me. Then again, I never see any of these through. so I can’t tell for sure. If you don’t wanna watch it right away, just download it and watch it later. lol
Hopefully you made it in a similar way as you did the first season. I really love the squid puns. This is also one of the best localizations I’ve ever seen (actually it’s the only good one).

Huh… I (and many others) found the squid puns horrendously distracting and unnecessary, not to mention, inaccurate to the original Japanese version…
Wonder if are any subs that keep in the honorifics, and keep the squid puns out.
As far as I know, FFFpeeps are the only sub group that do not use the squid puns, but they don’t use honorifics either. Personally, I would go with FFFpeeps and manually edit the honorifics myself as that’s easier than removing the squid puns.

Okay folks, here’s the scoop.
Yes, we are using CR’s subs. They’re very good, and I am not a CR fanboy. (For what it’s worth, their subs for Strike Witches II are also pretty good, even though they started spelling Perrine’s name wrong halfway through.) They’re not perfect, however, and I am making small edits here and there.
Also, the squid puns are there; I was told I had to leave them in. Personally, I despise them. When I watched S1 (before I started fansubbing), I explicitly chose FFFpeeps over Underwater because FFFpeeps didn’t use the squid puns. (This was before I knew more about Underwater, too….) But I do as I’m told…mostly.
As to the format of the show, each episode is three “chunks,” or short stories if you will. Each one is basically “Let’s see what trouble Ika can get into this time.” Later bits build on things introduced in previous bits, but it’s pretty much an anthology. Watch it, it’s cute. Want deep story? Don’t watch.
Yes, we (Doki + Chihiro) will be doing BDs for Mashiro. No one around here will allow newly-introduced boobage to slip by. Shame on anyone for even thinking we would!
Gotta say, the only groups whose TL work I think are almost always best are Doki, Chihiro, and Mazui, but I can’t understand the logic in using that awful CR squiddy talk. Especially when they’re not even translations. I’d rather the subs be a normal translation and leave it up to the listener to catch the little manerisms in Ika’s speach than to throw out awkward made up puns all over the subs instead.

Oh wait, the guys from Doki can´t do a thing by themself, because every translator who worked for them has lost interest and run anway like the one for “Idomaster” did.
The only thing they can do now is releasing old Shows with subtitles made by other groups !

Not if their translators don’t do it. Would still be the same if half a year went by. The whole group is not to blame.
I get it, but still, what’s taking the translators so long? I know the whole group isn’t at fault. And I like Doki and their translations, which is why I wait all this time for them to do it instead of watching another group’s, but after three weeks, I get a little impatient.

You’ve got it SO easy, seriously. You have NO idea just how easy. I’ve been waiting for the SHUFFLE! batch since February last year, and the last post on SHUFFLE! that Dys made was in September that year. And then there’s Haruhi-chan, where it’s even worse! The last time Zdm321 made an update on it was in February last year. The one before that was posted by Jecht in May 2010… -_-
And even ignoring all that, the time I’ve had for anime the last few years have been terrible, between my studies and my work, so my backlog and to-watch list is HUUUUUUGE! Same with everything else really….I think I’m approaching a 100 games in my collection that I haven’t got around to playing yet…I know I’m at well over 80…You guys are damn lucky, I tell you. -_- Note that I’m not criticising you btw. Just thought I’d let you know that some people have it waaay worse.
Dokis tv stuff is so slow, by the time they start Persona 4 again, they’l be releasing Persona 5 in anime form after a successful PS3 launch years from now. Hell we’l have men on the moon by the time delayed stuff is on schedule.
