I have two questions though: Why does Nako call Aru Mieru-san in this chapter, and why is Aru dressed as a primary school kid? Does anyone know? Neither is explained, so I’m a bit puzzled.

From the chapter Aru fucked up and wore her primary school outfit and tried to get out of it by claiming to be Aru’s little siter, Mieru.
