Page 10, bottom left frame: “What even is a crotch tower?!”. “What even is” is ungrammatical. I’d suggest changing it to something like “What is a crotch tower even supposed to be?!”, or something like that.
This usage of “even” is listed as sense A.8c in the OED with first example from 1987, so I wouldn’t exactly call it ungrammatical.

Examples from the OED: What even is it’s [sic] purpose? How is this even about you? Wait is that how it’s even spelt? What even is TV Guide?
It’s not that “even” can be used to express those things that is the problem, it’s the way it is used. Mainly the word order is the problem. In those four examples, I would consider example 2 and 3 to be perfectly correct and fine, while 1 and 4 are problematic. 1 can be easily fixed by just saying “is even” instead of “even is” (though I imagine it’s meant to be “its” there, and not “it’s”). It’s a matter of natural sounding vs odd, unnatural sounding English. To use an example from a comment on the page from that link I posted:
“‘Who even is she?’ and ‘What even is that thing?’ are highly unlikely constructions that would probably be considered unacceptable/substandard by most native speakers. The reason for this is that even never really modifies the verb to be at all – it modifies whatever comes next, as in…
‘Can’t you even be polite?’ (If you can’t be/act how I want, can you at least be polite?).
‘I can’t even be bothered to reply’ (I can’t do much at all, specifically not bother to reply).”
I’m not surprised it’s becoming accepted in colloquial English in the US though (It’s worth noting that it’s chiefly in the US, and not in other English speaking countries, which seems to be a trend with expressions being simplified and/or changed in odd ways over there. It’s not always a positive one imo…), languages evolve all the time, and expressions that have traditionally been considered weird, but are eventually used a lot, can become normal after a while. Happens all the time. I’m sure a lot of people like me will still cringe every time we hear it though. Also, the fact that it’s explicitly pointed out to be a colloquial English expression, and thus presumably frowned upon in formal, written English, is not exactly a point in its favour. So maybe 1 and 4 are not ungrammatical, but I would argue that they’re definitely weird, and that it’s not good English.
But again, example 2 and 3 are fine. It’s the specific use of things like “What even is the point?” instead of “What is even the point?”, and “What even is this about?” instead of “What is this even about?” that I take issue with. Maybe I’m just overly picky, but I can’t help it, it’s just how I am. 😛 Anyway, sorry for the long post.
