Two things to note: Firstly, episode 01 includes a secondary audio track for the Japanese BD commentary. It is not subbed, and it will stay that way. Secondly, the 480p release is hardsubbed, to eliminate KFX lag on less powerful systems and to offer a simple download option to those who wish to watch on a Smart TV or other such device which cannot properly render Aegisub soft subtitles.

Serious question, is there anything on the BDs that’s more ecchi than it was on TV? Because I don’t recall there being much to censor in the first place (unless they redraw some shots altogether)
The BDs offer no upgrade whatsoever as far as ecchi scenes go. Not that it makes any difference, since, as you said, there wasn’t much to censor in the first place.

Thanks for this! Do you now what the native resolution is? 1080? 720? or somewhere in between, lol.
With the Blu-ray releases is it possible to get the 1080p version of the end cards. I looked through the episodes to try and get them myself, but I didn’t see them in the normal locations (between parts or at the end of the episode).
As I predicted here, the BDs don’t include any of the endcards at all.
Well that sucks, guess I’ll stick to doing some high quality upscaling on my part.

They’re included separately on print as a bonus, not at the end of the episodes. One would need to scan and upload them.

I have no idea. It wasn’t among the contents of the BD disc itself, so I did not (and could not) include it. Plus, even if it were part of the disc contents and I included it, we would not sub it. Kind of like how episode 01 includes Japanese audio commentary, but it’s not subbed.

Even $40 Windows tablets can play 720p 10bit softsubbed. No excuses.
It’s not about excuses, it’s about habit and, as I said somewhere in the comments, 480p (h264, AAC) is a sane trade off between quality and size. IMHO.
The sad part is that you’re one of the (or maybe last) fansub group who did proper 480p softsubbed releases. (*sigh*)
So now I’m seriously think to buy a fast powerful PC which I will use as server to reencode 1080 or 720 to 480.
720p releases will only get smaller in size once HEVC becomes mainstream.
We may do other 480p releases softsubbed in future, it all depends on the preference of the project leader.

lol don’t worry too much about being rude. Anyway, we are definitely finishing these BDs, so don’t worry about that. I’ve finished up most work on volume 2, but I’ve been a bit too busy to finish it up. It should happen in the near future, but I can’t promise a specific time. Bear in mind that I am working on four different airing shows, so time is by no means abundant for me.
