I’m seriously going to miss this show. I had no clue what this show was about when we started working on it, but it has very thoroughly won me over. And even though I said it in a previous release post, I feel like reiterating how amazed I am with how well this show has handled its enormous cast of main characters.

Any updates on Cinderella Girls 20?
I enjoyed this show, though it’s hard to say exactly why.
The characters aren’t particularly deep, mostly because there’s more of them than 12 episodes can really fill out. (Mind you, even with half the characters, 12 episode series don’t typically have much character depth.) Similarly, the setting isn’t very detailed. I have a number of questions about how stuff is supposed to work, and though I haven’t watched this episode, it’s a fair bet that they won’t be answered, or even addressed.
Thanks for subbing the show, it was worth a watch.
True enough but really,considering how huge the cast was, they did incredibly well with the short amount of time given to them. I’ve seen plenty of series that were given even up to 3 and 4 seasons and still didn’t know how to handle their characters (Zero no Tsukaima anyone).

About the ending… I dunno, felt a bit disappointing and forced. For me, Akane always was, still is, and always will be the only one true King :p
I had no idea what I was getting into as well and now wanting this to have been 2 cour instead. Really good and cute slice of life show. It didn’t feel like a cheap ploy to sell the manga.
Felt it started losing focus of Akane at the final episodes but thoroughly enjoyed the show. However, there’s still some unresolved issues like the cameras everywhere.
Also it needed more Teru. I was disappointed there wasn’t an episode where he got grown up temporarily to parody the hotblooded shounen protagonists. Only he can protect the kingdom with his own hands!
