The ED is a black screen with credits and lasts 16 seconds.
Yes, but there is a 1 minute long proper ED available as well, that isn’t just a black screen with credits at all (it has the chibified SOS brigade dancing to a song (that their voice actors are singing), while lots of clips from various scenes from the show are playing in the background). Many groups have included it. I have delicio’s release, and they included it as a separate ED file.

err, is this the original The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya that came out in 2006 or is this a second series?
I’ve never actually watched the original series.
It’s not the one from 2006, but it’s not the second season “sequal” that came out later either. This is a spinoff series. It’s purely a gag/comedy anime, with super-short episodes.

Just watched the first episode. I’m very happy to see that you’ve improved Shamisen’s subs (though I did spot a typo)! ^^ The files are also smaller in size than those from delicio, so I’m keeping this one (though I’m keeping the ED from delicio until I see one from you guys).

The CRC for “[Doki] Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuuutsu – NCOP (1920×1080 Hi10P BD FLAC) [E770CD49].mkv” is wrong. Either it should be 295bf94c or the file was damaged (at least on the XDCC bots).
Nope. Mine is called “[Doki] Suzumiya Haruhi-chan no Yuuutsu – NCOP (1920×1080 Hi10P BD FLAC) [E770CD49].mkv” as well, and I played the whole thing 100% without any problems.
