Geez, how come Japan is so sensitive about that kind of stuff? Is it anime companies not even taking a chance, or is the media over there really that bad?
I think it was a planned hiatus. But if do react, it usually comes from a sense of reverence rather than political correctness.

I was having intermittent subtitle display issues too. Eventually realized I was a few versions behind on MPC-HC. Update seemed to have fixed things.
It was actually a pre-scheduled interview with the cast and seiyuu. It was in the tickers in eps 11 & 12 (had I TL’d them you’s a known).

I was kind of wondering if Ontake-san would have an effect ont he broadcast schedule of this, or if there might be some sort of message broadcast on the next airing. It is definitely related to the anime subject material for sure.

I really appreciate you doing this, seeing as Crunchy’s output on this show has been put on a complete halt. I don’t really use fansubs anymore in general, but this is one of those few shows where I have to make an exception if there isn’t going to be an official version available somehow.
