Between what I download from here and HS I don’t have much time for anything else. I miss like 70 percent of shows each season, though some I do end up buying or downloading from here if it looks interesting on Blu Ray lol

Yes, that’s great (for you), but I was talking about Rawr. 😛 Also, HS’s video quality oftentimes is nothing to write home about either. Maybe they’ve improved compared to back when I first tried watching stuff from them though, I don’t know.
They do tend to starve it still, but TV .ts also tend to have fucked up keyframes, ads, scrolling announcements, etc, etc, to deal with.
In short, who gives a fuck. Get the BD versions of shows you like whenever a group releases them!
My point exactly. Though I prefer to watch a show in good sub and video quality the first time around rather than watch a poor version of it first, and then a good one later. Partly because I think it ruins the experience to watch a poor quality release of a show even if it is a good show, but also because I don’t really have time to watch every show that I like twice. 😛
So I usually just wait for BS’s from a group that I like anyway, before watching. Means I’ll have to wait a long time before I get to watch a show, but with my huge backlog, that doesn’t really matter much (most of the time. There are rare exceptions where there are shows that I really want to watch right away, and waiting for those is hard, but oh well).
But anyway, BD vs TV quality is one thing (not all anime shows even get a BD treatment anyway), but if I have to watch a TV release, I at least want it to be from a decent group, that has decent subs, if nothing else. I do tend to value good subs much higher than good video quality anyway.
