by any chance, is Episode 0 part of the BD release?
You can grab it right now from XDCC in DVD format. I could have sworn I had it in 720p once before, but it may have been an upscale. Were there any *extra* episodes on the BDs?

The OVA was never released on BD. Maybe they’ll include it if they ever decide to release a BD Box.
There seems to be a growing trend of including episodes with manga, I wonder how they factor in the budget?
Any chance SAO is part of Dokimas this year?
BTW, why volume 12 for 720p and 480p?
