Are the lyrics for the OP and ED official? There is a line in the ED that I think is not right. The singles for the OP and ED are officially out July 10th.
Yes they are official and 100% correct.
We were able to get the scans before the official release date.
So in the ED, it really is “Show you guts cool say what saikou daze”, not “Shougakusei wa saikou daze”?
I guess it’s inappropriate to use that line in the official lyrics.

Heh, looks like the equivalent of the “I am sofa king we Tod did!” quote that found its way into my (and presumably many others’) high school yearbook.
On a more general note, hell yeah, moar saikou elementary school students! Will definitely follow this release, the Blu-Rays, and maybe give S1 a rewatch. The more the moralists whine about the sexualization of fictional children, the more they make me want to view shows like Ro-Kyu-Bu! and its associated doujinshi.

It’s not actually nonsensical English. Think of it as coded censorship… then you’ll understand the true meaning behind the lyrics.
“Show your guts!” “Cool!” “Say, what is the best!” would work well here, doesn’t change the words from the official lyrics, and makes a little bit more sense.
