We have gone with “best guess” for the gibberish in ep 1, since no one can make heads or tails of it.
Filesize is rather large, can’t be helped due to the effect they used for the Tohka scenes. Episode 1 is also around 4 minutes longer than the TV release. It now includes the OP + ED and one minute of extra scenes. Episode 2 has also been blessed with an extra minute of scenes. The OP has also been decensored a little compared to the TV version.

Hey ix, any news on the HanaIro BDs? Most likely I’ll only get a “soon”… I just want to know if there is a holdup at someone (like with the TS for KoreZom), or other projects have higher priority, someone’s TL/editing got lost (SWM) or people are simply unmotivated^^

Just a heads up, Episode 2 1080p version 16:22 : Is anyone having their MPC-HC crash from the huge typesetting?

1 thing I noticed is it my MPC-HC.exe process memory usage went up to 3GB before crashing.
This is strange, “my” MPC HC doesn’t even show the subtitles at ~16:22 … but VLC does …

Do you have auto load subs enabled in the playback options? The internal subs renderer for MPC-HC doesn’t load that sub.
I’m probably the *only* one, but I actually liked the “supercensored” TV intros. They were still sexy and also really artistic. I think the intro actually loses something when you can see more of their bodies.

I take it neither CR or Funi did this show? Could see what they put for that scene if they did. Otherwise, I don’t think anyone’s going to lose sleep over it. None of the other fansub groups translated it either.

Eh? Their files are probably like twice as big as ours. I dunno how you can even say a file size seems inferior. Filesize is no indication of video or audio quality.
Maybe he likes them big.

Hello, I was wondering if your still planing on doing the Blu-ray version, Vol. 02 and 03 are already out.
MPC-HC with KCP crashes on episode 2 at 16:24, during the scene with the large cellphone font, after lagging severely. http://puu.sh/9tup4/2360587032.jpg
System has an i7-3630QM, GTX 660M, and 8GB of RAM. Neither CPU nor RAM usage spiked at that point when monitoring Task Manager, and all other aspects of the player was working smoothly save for the video, and the crash that follows soon after.
Your system is struggling with the typesetting, the video is fine. You can test that by disabling all subs and it will play fine. If on the off hand it does crash you should crc check the file and make sure it isn’t corrupt.
