What would be interesting to know is what would have happened if Hayato hadn’t shown up – how much more would have Minami suffered before she completely caved? Or would she have actually found a back bone and fought back?
However, what I found interesting was what Hayato said after the girls left – he absolutely understood the truth as stated by Hachiman, and probably only stopped Hachiman because it hurt Minami too much.
In a sense, both Hayato and Hachiman seek to drive to status quo, differing only in their paths. One seeks to do so through conciliation, while the other does so by exposing the truth, no matter how painful.
Well, if they do a second season of this, I wonder how they will play with the aftermath of this. Hachiman has lost his unknown status, only to trade it for a most-hated status. I hope that they show the consequences of his “sacrificial” act through how people treat Yui, due to her continued interaction with Hachiman.
I don’t know, if he’s right about how the rest of school really thinks about her, I could see them not caring about him after a while and go back to ignoring him as soon as the next big event happens. Of course, he’ll likely be involved in the next event, which means the circle of ignored/noticed/hated continues.
As the world of fansubbing moves on, you ought to move with it.
Most groups are using heavier kfx these days, and so I understand it, Holo intends to follow the trend, since he’s a fan of pretty things. (He has a tutu that he wears when he’s alone) You;d better get your PC configured!
As someone who until last month was too poor to upgrade their shitty PC and could only play 480p, I sympathize with not being able to play all files because groups love to play with the latest encoding techniques and have bouncing pantsu and 10,000 sparkles in their karaoke.
Use MPC in K-Lite with xy-vsfilter. If you need help, I can give step by step instructions. Many other notable groups already use complex softsubbed karaoke, so it’s not really something new.
