I went into this with a positive impression, but they fucked up the yandere implementation so badly that I deleted everything halfway through ep02. First ep was alright but this is a “do not watch” set….
To each their own opinion.
I thought this series was great.
Personally I think the Movie is great, but the OVA’s were just ok.
Actually, Production I.G fucked the whole series and turned anime into a messed. This show deserved a remake that faithful to the original book.
Haven’t read the books, so I wouldn’t know. ┐(￣ー￣)┌ As a work judged on its own though, not taking into account if it’s faithful to its source material or not, I still say the movie is a good watch. I enjoyed it.
Well the movie is a good watch indeed but it is like watching the ending part of Romeo and Juliet without seeing the first part. I haven’t finished all the books yet but im pretty sure the movie was from the final book.
