Unless it is officially dropped I will wait forever. The same applies to all Doki Projects still in the wall.
No BDs for it are available anywhere. So unless some appear we can’t even start it.

You know a show failed when nobody releases any sort of BD raws (no BDMV, no pre-encoded raws).

It seems like SILVER LINK was having fun poking Kyoto Animation for this episode. The flashback is set in Kyoto, so that Haruhi isn’t too surprising.
Not to mention a very big reference/poke at something related to Kyoto in this episode! (I won’t reveal for the sake of hiding spoilers, but if you can’t find it, look KyoAni up and you’ll find it.)
