This week was a little delayed because I was busy trying to work out who it is on this shirt. I was pretty sure it’s Yuri from Dirty Pair but the more I look at it the less I think it is.
Also, -2 internets to anybody who recognises the video that shirt comes from.

I think its one of the girls from bubblegum crisis. if seen the shirt before but cant remember where….
Hi there – I think that girl is “B-ko” from the 1980’s anime “Project A-Ko”. Same color hair and eyes. (0~0);
Yuri’s hair is darker and none of the Bubblegum Crisis girls have hair like that. Peace.
I don’t think it’s Dirty Pair, BGC or Project A-Ko, but it’s definately something from that time period. An 80s anime chick with what looks to be light-blue hair.

No, it definitely is Yuri from Dirty Pair, here’s the source image . The shirt just has her hair a lighter colour, is all.
I agree, the colour on the t shirt just looks a little off but in general that looks like an exact match pretty much.
I have seen that somewhere before….maybe I will try to assemble as much of the image on the shirt as I can and run it through some image processing, there are a few sites I have used in the past that have worked out for me….Now I just have to assemble the image and boot one of my linux machines(I bookmarked the sites on one of those….because I don’t have it on my Win7 partition(and only Windows install) on this computer.
