…Fuck. Now you’ve got me wondering too. I think the only way to explain this phenomenon is, “It’s anime.”
I would assume that her blood still flows fine, I don’t recall them stating otherwise. Blood flow is vital to movement in the first place.
Zombie stuff is difficult to try and explain, but in general they still bleed plus their hearts and brains still work; not always the case with the latter. So they must still have flowing blood to some degree.
Even if the heart fails the musculatory system pumps blood and seems Rea still breaths (you cannot talk unless there is air in your lungs).
