Step5: Try again…
And if you have the same issue but no CCCP?
Putting my graphics cards from under-clocked to normal settings doesn’t help either (2X HD4870 512MB).
Though an old 775 socket my Intel Q9550 4 cores aren’t struggling. It’s only DDR2 but my 8BG OSZ 1333 RAM still has 5GB left.
All other videos found here work perfectly.
Being the idiot that I am, I had long forgotten I did in fact installed CCCP, only not in the default dir. After all, I partitioned my HDD so I could stuff all programs on one and all games while keeping my Windows as clean as possible…
Replacing and registering the dll file worked like a charm
xy-VSfilter does work well with MPC-HC but you can’t make it work with any x64 player. And even if I want the subtitles to be decoded faster, for most videos I can get between 20 and 30% less CPU load even if I use xy-VSfilter in 32-bit, 64-bit decoding is much more efficient (and with 1920*1080 Hi10P @15Mbps UTW’s Fate/Zero ED, I have 30% CPU load with MPC-HC and 20% with WMP x64).
I never had any laggy subtitle before this one with 64-bit player but I think I will use xy-VSfilter only when i can’t play the video without it because most of the time it isn’t worth it. You can see less CPU load with videos like this because decoding takes not much but on most videos 64-bit player is most efficient. It’s a shame they don’t release it in 64-bit.
Silly thing with this is that even if you play it with either player (32x/64x), even in instances where it lags, it never uses all of your CPU…. So its not a difference between 32/64 or really your CPU/GPU either, its a difference in how the filter handles the processing. One just seems better engineered…
It’s just that the subtitles filters don’t use multicore processors. It’s much harder to use several cores with subtitles filters so it’s understandable. I just hope the karaoke won’t be as laggy with the actual episodes

Even the CPU that took most of the load during playback was only at 30%.
So I’m guessing that it’s as Jakeman95 suggests, the way the filter is written.

Really. Short 2 minute clips do not require MKV. And it might as well be hardsubbed anyway. It’s not like anyone who’s watching subbed will ever watch it without.
FINE. I pulled out the sub stream file, and I’ll flipping make a hardsubbed AVI. It’ll be a bitch, but I’ll do it.
My file is playing choppy also and pixelated and yes I have the latest Codec for H10 or whatever the new format is, as it plays the other recent animes just fine. Weird :/ Thankss 🙂

btw, in the OP, at the line “誰もいない教室で二人”, the kanji are messed up, and the romaji as well (but not as much).

Downloading it again won’t change the fact your PC can’t keep up. The file is fine.

Don’t worry, xy-VSFilter is my last solution, too. most of the time, I just use Potplayer.

Why is this in 720p? The source clearly isn’t worthy of it, so why even bother?

the original video is 360p the 720p is just upscaled ….
it means that it has the same quality as the 360p maximized to the size of 720p
Read Hint above for choppy play back… its due to most sub rendering filters not being up to par…

Disabling subs won’t help with jerkiness because the 720p was encoded at 25fps (which is probably wrong). Should be 24/30/vfr.
The raw was presented to me like that. It’s just a pv so doesnt matter too much.
