  What is XDCC, and what is the best client for it? Is that like the latest file sharing method now?

    For XDCC, you’ll first have to stop being a leecher and go on IRC. Actually, you can still be a leecher, but your name will bee seen by others in the channel you’re leeching from, which, frankly, isn’t that big a deal after all…

    Just find an IRC client that suits you well (and supports XDCC) and off you go. I honestly don’t know which one to suggest (for windows, only few are free or open source), I guess you could use mIRC or XChat.

    Once you are connected to Rizon and joined the #doki channel, paste into any chat window the /msg commands you get from clicking the releases you find here:
    http://doki.co/releases/xdcc/

    Other fansub groups will have something similar.

    By the way, DCC/XDCC is way older than any file hosting service.

    XDCC has been around longer than the DDL.
    Check it out w/ an IRC client. I hear mirc or kvirc are the better.
